Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Canada! At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate of $12 for shipping within Canada. Spend $125 or more and shipping is free with code FREESHIPPING125

Which shipping provider do you use?
We currently ship with Canada Post, and we’re exploring additional providers to give you more options in the future.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 3–5 business days for regular orders to ship. Custom print orders may take up to 10 business days.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Canada! Most packages are sent from Ottawa, and print-on-demand items ship from other Canadian locations.

Do you offer local pickup?
If you’re in the Ottawa area, please contact us to inquire about local pickup.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Unused, unworn items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
